Asphalt-fiberglass shingles:  (also known as dimensional, architectural grade, & laminated)

Red Cedar shakes & shingles:
  • Class B & C heavy (3/4") red cedar shake, chemically treated by Chemco FTX, typically Waldun Forest Products, 90% edge grain, clear, heartwood.
  • Class A heavy (3/4") red cedar shake installation utilizing the aforementioned class B heavy shakes with a fiberglass cap sheet underlayment, per code.
  • Class B premium red cedar shingles, chemically treated by Chemco FTX, 100% edge grain, 100% all clear, 100% heartwood, typically Premium Shingle L.L.C.
  • Premium #1 sidewall grade red cedar shingles, typically Premium Shingle L.L.C.
  • Class B red cedar Royal Shingles (24") installed at a 6" or 7" exposure.
  • Class A & B jumbo (1") red cedar shakes are also available.

Deck applications:
  • Modified bitumen roll roofing, single ply or two ply consisting of a fiberglass base sheet underlayment, a single ply of smooth modified bitumen roll roofing, and a surface ply of granular modified roll roofing, with metal flashings sandwiched between the two layers of membrane.  (Also known as torch-on or heat welded roof membrane)  Some of the manufacturer's products are CertainTeed Flintlastic, US Intec Brai, B-Tec, among others.
  • Davlin Acrylastic-Elastomeric deck coatings for roof decks and walking decks, consists of butylseal primer, acrylastic elastomeric coating, and acrylic topcoat. (With or without granular texture)
